This document contains the General Terms and Conditions of the contract for the use of services provided through the solid.me mobile application ("the General Terms and Conditions") and governs the relationship between "SOLID DOORS CENTER" OOD and each of the end users (individuals) or Clients (legal entities) of services available through solid.me.Before using the solid.me mobile application as a User/Customer, please read these General Terms of Use carefully.1. General Information"SOLID DOORS CENTER" Ltd. SOLID DOORS CENTER is a developer company that administers, updates and supports solid.me mobile application.
Solid.me is a mobile application that enables individuals to use services for paid management of armored smart doors from a mobile device (application, subscription, payment, etc.), provided by SOLID DOOR CENTER - service provider. Through the mobile application, Users/Customers will be able to perform the initial settings of the door, lock and unlock the door, as well as add and remove users, track the status of its sensors and change settings. Additional functionality could potentially be added at a later stage.
Any person who uses the services provided by the mobile application in any way, including, but not limited to, browsing, creating profiles and performing any other related actions, is a "User" /"Client"/ and a party bound of these General Terms and Conditions.These General Terms and Conditions constitute an AGREEMENT between the User/Client and SOLID DOORS CENTER, whereby the User/Client obtains the right to use the services of the solid.me mobile application for personal and non-commercial purposes subject to the conditions specified here. A party to the AGREEMENT is considered an able-bodied individual or legal entity who: 1) purchased or uses a SOLID DOOR CENTER smart armored exterior door with a built-in data card, and who 2) downloaded the application from the Google Store, Apple Store and registered in it. It is assumed that a natural person who actually performs installation, registration and use of the application is either a customer (door owner) of SOLID DOORS CENTER, or is a person authorised by the customer (door owner) to use the services provided through the application.
By accessing (loading) the solid.me mobile application and registering, you, as a User, CONFIRM that you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes to them, and undertake to comply with them accordingly with the current legislation. In case you do not agree with any of them, do not register to access the solid.me application.
2. Access to the mobile application
The mobile application is designed for mobile devices using Android, iOS operating systems and is available for free download in the online stores GooglePlay and Apple Store.
3. Use of solid.me mobile application
This application enables the User: to make an application for the use of the paid management services of his installed armored smart door, which solid.me provides as: identification and authentication (security) of the user; receiving information and checking the status of the door; locking and unlocking the door; admin account access control; door settings management; managing user settings; service management (activation and deactivation of additional services and packages); list of events for the door (event history); sensor status; live camera; photos from the door camera; light and dark mode of the user/client interface and various notifications (notifications) and other administrative functions.
The solid.me application enables the User/Client to promptly receive "Push Notifications" (messages) for actions/requested services and payments made from the User/Client's registered profile, including, but not limited to, notifications about the expiry of the requested service (subscription), 30, 15 and 5 days before the immediate expiry of the subscription.
For proper use and receiving quality services from solid.me, the User/Client should provide the appropriate permission during installation, as well as not prohibit the receipt of Push Notifications (messages) when using the solid.me application.
The User/Client should note that by pressing the "Pay" button, the User/Client starts using the paid services at the same time. The requested service is considered completed upon the expiration of the period of use specified by the User, and the User will not be able to exercise his right to refuse the same and return his money.
4. Registration and Profile
To be able to use the services offered through solid.me, the User/Client must first register in the mobile application. The user can access the services of the solid.me application by making a new registration via email and password.
Each User/Customer is responsible for unauthorized access to their account. Passwords and other information for accessing and using services in the mobile application must not be provided to third parties.
The User/Client shall register the door for which he wishes to use the paid management services by specifying an individual security code. The User/Client has the right to register an unlimited number of doors.
SOLID DOORS CENTER is not responsible for the provision of wrong data regarding the email address by the User/Client or for the user's inability to access their email mailbox.

With the registration of a new user, the User/Client gives his consent to the processing of his personal data, including video recording, as well as to the execution of online requests. The data provided by each User/Client can be used by SOLID DOORS CENTER to contact him, as well as to provide up-to-date information. Personal data will be processed in compliance with the requirements of current European and Bulgarian legislation.
Each User/Customer has the right to delete their personal profile at any time, including the entered payment methods, by following the instructions in the application.The User/Client has the right to terminate the contract under these General Terms and Conditions at any time by deleting the SOLID DOORS CENTER Mobile Application from their device, thereby terminating the use of solid.me and the services provided.
In the event that the User/Client wishes to delete his/her registered profile, he/she should make an express request to solid.me through the functionality of the solid.me application site - https://www.soliddoorscenter.com / or send email help@solid55.com. In the event that the User does not use the profile registered by him for more than 5 years, solid.me has the right to delete it ex officio.
5. Prices, Costs, Payments
In order to be able to use the services of the application, the User/Client must have a built-in module in his door, which can be activated through the solid.me application within 6 months after installation of the door. Upon activation of the built-in card, the User/Client registers and downloads the application. For the use of the solid.me application by the Users/Clients, no fees are collected by SOLID DOOR CENTER during the first one year, after activation of the module built into the door. During this free trial period, the User/Client will be able to take advantage of all the functionalities that the mobile application has.After the first year, SOLID DOORS CENTER will introduce a fee for the use of the application, and the User will be duly informed about this and, accordingly, will be given the opportunity to continue or terminate the Agreement and the use of the mobile application. The fee for using the application will depend on the selected functionalities and the period for which the User/Client wishes to pre-pay and use the mobile application.The relevant services contain a description and information about their prices. The User/Client will pay the application fee through the application itself – upon activation of the application, an account will be created in the payment system that is linked to the application. If the User/Customer does not pay the application fee, after the expiry of the free trial period of one year or thereafter, the built-in data sim (smart) card will be suspended and if the User/Customer wishes to use this functionality again, he/she will have to request paid service to install a new module with a card, because once disabled, the card cannot be reactivated. This service will be charged according to the SOLID DOOR CENTER paid services price list regardless of whether the door is under warranty.
Internet access costs are not part of the services provided by the application and each User/Client is obliged to cover them at his own expense.
Payments for services requested through solid.me can be made by electronic payment by debit or credit card in the Subscription section of the door in the application. 
SOLID DOORS CENTER uses a third party to process payments, and the processing of payments in connection with the use of the services by the User/Client is governed by the terms and conditions and the Privacy Rules of the payment processors and/or the bank card issuer. SOLID DOORS CENTER in no way regulates and is not responsible for the fees (if any) collected for servicing and making the payments requested by the User via debit/credit card, and the rules and tariffs of the relevant issuer of the bank card or payment processor.
SOLID DOORS CENTER is not responsible for payment processor errors. In connection with the User/Client's use of the Services, SOLID DOORS CENTER will receive some transaction data, which SOLID DOORS CENTER may only use in accordance with its Privacy and Cookie Policy.
6. Copyright
The software enabling the operation of the solid.me mobile application, including design, code, databases, text, drawings, graphics, sketches and any other information or elements, constitute the subject of copyright within the meaning of the Copyright and Related Rights Act and are owned by "SOLID - 55" LTD, with headquarters and management address: Sofia, 1784, "Mladost" district, 5 "Magnaurska Shkola" street , represented jointly and separately by its managers Ivan Hristov Akov and Hristofor Ivanov Hristov. No part of the protected objects may be reproduced, translated, changed or used in any way without the prior written consent of SOLID DOORS CENTER and "SOLID - 55" LTD.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, modification, etc. of part or all of the content of the solid.me mobile application is prohibited, constitutes an infringement and will be prosecuted in accordance with the law.
7. Limitation, Release of Liability
The administrator of the mobile application (solid.me) does not guarantee or make any representations about the accuracy, likely results or reliability of using the services for other purposes in the Internet space, as well as about the availability and qualities of the mobile or electrical network.
The mobile application only works as long as there is a network on the mobile device used. If the User is offline, the application will not work, and if there is no coverage, solid.me (SOLID DOORS CENTER) will not respond to errors.
SOLID DOORS CENTER or its suppliers shall not be liable for damages (including but not limited to damages caused by loss of data or misuse of data, personal injury or property damage) related to or arising out of any use or inability to use the Mobile solid.me application, even if SOLID DOORS CENTER or its authorised representative has been advised orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages.
SOLID DOORS CENTER is not responsible for the consequences, including any damages caused by or related in any way to the access, use or inability to use this mobile application and the services offered through it. SOLID DOORS CENTER shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform beyond SOLID DOORS CENTER's control.
In the presence of an electric door lock, SOLID DOOR CENTER is not responsible for damages or lost profits when the mobile application does not work as a result of shocks, shocks, mechanical or electrical overloads resulting from negligence, natural disasters, electric shock or fault in the power supply network.
SOLID DOOR CENTER is not responsible for lost profits and subsequent losses as a result of theft or burglary, if the door, case, lock, hinges, cartridge or lock is broken or if the door is unlocked or dismantled with other technical devices, as well as if the mobile device of the User/Client be subject to theft or hacker attack.
8. Mode of information about personal data and content uploaded to the application
When using the mobile application, the User/Client agrees that SOLID DOORS CENTER will process the provided personal data as stated in SOLID DOORS CENTER's Privacy Policy.
SOLID DOORS CENTER, as the administrator of the solid.me mobile application, undertakes to ensure the privacy of information containing personal data provided by Users/Customers through completed registration requests, service usage requests and payment requests, as well as in the case of video recording. Disclosure is possible only in cases where the information is requested by the User/Client himself, government bodies or officials authorised by law to request and collect information containing personal data and in compliance with the legally established order.
SOLID DOORS CENTER may provide aggregated statistical information to prepare internal statistics as well as for direct marketing purposes (its own and its partners'). By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the User/Client agrees to the processing of the personal data provided by him when completing the registration request for direct marketing purposes. The user has the right to object to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes by sending a written message to SOLID DOORS CENTER at the following address or e-mail for contacts: Sofia, 1784, "Mladost" district, 5 "Magnaurska Shkola" street, or e-mail: help@solid55.com. It is not considered direct marketing to send information about changes to the registration conditions, the general conditions of use or the conditions for providing the services.
9. Terms of Use and Modifications
SOLID DOORS CENTER may, at its discretion, revise and amend any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and modify, cancel or discontinue services, database or content of the Mobile Application at any time by posting a notice on the Application website or by notifying Users/Customers through solid.me or by e-mail. SOLID DOORS CENTER may, at its discretion, also impose limits on certain services or features or restrict Users/Customers' access to all services without notice and without liability.
Users/Clients who do not agree with the changes to the Terms and Conditions or the fees for using the application, have the right to delete their Profile and stop using the services, as well as explicitly request the deletion of the profile and the data provided by them.
10. Other Provisions
Any claim related to the use of the mobile application is settled according to the provisions of the current Bulgarian legislation.
The invalidity of one or more provisions of these Terms shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.SOLID DOORS CENTER has the right at any time and at its discretion to change both the design of the application and the content, functionalities and services included in them, in order to update and improve them.
These General Terms and Conditions have been approved by the managers of SOLID DOORS CENTER on 05/20/2022.
